IV hydration theraphy, antibiotic theraphy, total parenteral nutrition, etc.

IV Infusion Theraphy

· For the sensory impaired patients who require TDD or TT communications, WeBridge Home Health Corporation will make arrangement with Illinois Telecommunication Access Corporation for their services.

· For patients with limited English proficiency, interpreters or native language speaking healthcare associates will be provided.

Who is Eligible?

Medicare/Medicaid Patients

Private Insurance Patients

· Proof of Insurance and prior approval is necessary.

Who Pays?

· Medicare and Medicaid patients pay $0 for covered home health services.

· Private Insurance Patients pay according to their respective plan.
